Ms. Roberts is a Director at AE Industrial within the firm’s Portfolio Strategy and Operations Group. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2026, Ms. Roberts was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where she advised clients on strategic and operational priorities across aerospace & defense, advanced air mobility, industrials and energy. Prior to McKinsey, Ms. Roberts was a member of Lockheed Martin’s Leadership Development Program, where she held multiple roles in supply chain, quality, and manufacturing operations supporting programs for fighter aircraft, missile systems, C4ISR and maritime.
