Ms. Grissom is an Analyst at AE Industrial and a member of AE Ventures, the venture capital platform of AE Industrial Partners. She is primarily focused on supporting strategic investments in emerging aerospace, defense, and industrial technologies, and contributes to marketing initiatives for the AE Shoals Manufacturing & Technology Center in Alabama, an affiliate of AE Industrial Partners. Before joining AE Industrial in 2024, Ms. Grissom served as an Ambassador for the Culverhouse College of Business at the University of Alabama, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Honors College studying Finance and Spanish Language and Literature.
