Mr. Aguemon is a Vice President at AE Industrial and is primarily focused on financial modeling, due diligence, executing new investments, and monitoring portfolio investments. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2025, Mr. Aguemon was a Vice President at Arlington Capital Partners, where he led the execution of platform and add-on acquisitions across the national security, defense, and aerospace markets. He began his private equity career at TPG Capital in the Business Services Group. Earlier in his career, Mr. Aguemon was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, corporate carve-outs, and activism defense. Mr. Aguemon also served for over eight years as an Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he held command and staff positions and was deployed to the CENTCOM area of responsibility.
