Mr. Noble is a Managing Director at AE Industrial and is primarily focused on originating, executing, and monitoring portfolio investments. Mr. Noble was a Partner at ClearSky, where he was responsible for executing new investments as well as portfolio company M&A and financing activities. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Altamira, Authentic8, Inky (acquired by Kaseya), Utility Innovation Holdings, Novinium (acquired by Southwire), and Systems Control (acquired by Hubbell). He was also a board observer of Sceye, Aquion (acquired by Titans Energy), AutoGrid (acquired by Schneider Electric), BHI Energy (acquired by Westinghouse), Greensmith (acquired by Wartsila), PrecisionHawk (acquired by Field Holdings), Sentient Energy (acquired by Koch Engineered Solutions), and Space Time Insight (acquired by Nokia). From 2007 to 2012, Mr. Noble was a member of NextEra Energy’s Corporate Development Group. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Noble was a member of Cemex’s Finance and Operations organization.
