Mr. Dixon is a Principal at AE Industrial and is primarily focused on originating, executing and monitoring portfolio investments. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of AE Industrial portfolio companies: Columbia Helicopters and United Building Solutions. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Altus Fire & Life Safety, prior to its sale to Apax Partners in 2024. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2019, Mr. Dixon was an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in the Business Services Group, where he focused on M&A for clients across a wide range of industries.
