Ms. McCallum-Brown is a Senior Associate of Capital Formation at AE Industrial and is primarily focused on capital raising for all the firm’s investment strategies. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2025, Ms. McCallum-Brown worked at Comvest Partners where she was responsible for investor relations, fundraising, and product management activities for the firm’s private equity, private credit, and special opportunities strategies. Prior to Comvest, Ms. McCallum-Brown was an Analyst at Heritage Holding, where she focused on assisting with portfolio company initiatives, business development and due diligence for investment opportunities, and other operational initiatives at the firm.
