Boca Raton, FL – November 6, 2018 – AE Industrial Partners, LP (“AEI”), a private equity
investor specializing in aerospace and defense, power generation, and specialty industrial
companies, announced today the promotions of four professionals of the firm. Trey Bivins, Jeffrey
Hart, Bryan McElwee and Vincia Wilson have been promoted to Vice President. In addition, AEI
announced that Rob Harper has joined the firm as a Vice President.

Mr. Harper most recently served as a Manager at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Co.) focusing on
growth strategy, operational performance improvement, and other projects for aerospace and
defense clients. He previously worked for the U.S. Department of State, serving as Special
Assistant to the Senior Civilian Representative for Regional Command-East in Afghanistan, and
held multiple positions at the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Harper received a BA from the
University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of
Pennsylvania.

Mr. Bivins, Mr. Hart, Mr. McElwee and Ms. Wilson all joined AE Industrial in the early stages of
Fund I’s deployment and have been instrumental in the growth of the firm’s portfolio and assets
under management, including the successful raise of Fund II, which closed this summer. Messrs.
Bivins, Hart and McElwee are focused on investment origination, diligence, execution and
portfolio management. Ms. Wilson is the firm’s Controller and a senior member of the Finance
and Operations Group.
