Ms. Erickson is AE Industrial’s Chief Compliance Officer. She is responsible for managing and reviewing the firm’s compliance activities and organizational development initiatives. She has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2019, Ms. Erickson was Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Eaton Partners where she contributed significantly to implementing, reviewing and supervising the firm’s compliance and operational activities. Prior to Eaton, she was an assistant at the law firm of Brody Wilkinson where she coordinated and handled all legal matters that included mergers and acquisitions, corporate employment, and pension plans. In addition to her legal background, Ms. Erickson previously worked at Walter C. King Associates, providing assistance in financial planning and corporate tax returns.
