Mr. Paolantonio is a Senior Associate at AE Industrial and is primarily focused on business development and investment origination efforts, including deal sourcing and evaluation, marketing, and acquisition strategy for AE Industrial and its portfolio companies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of AE Industrial portfolio company CASE. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2021, Mr. Paolantonio was a member of Booz Allen Hamilton’s Corporate Development team, where he helped lead transaction execution, supporting acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investments. Prior to Booz Allen, Mr. Paolantonio was a Senior Associate in Raymond James’ Defense & Government Services investment banking team, where he focused exclusively on mergers and acquisitions for middle market government services firms. Prior to Raymond James, he spent five years with The McLean Group in their Aerospace, Defense, & Government Services practice.
