INVESTMENT PARTNERS
Depending upon the size of the opportunity, AeroEquity either leads and takes a controlling interest in the transaction, or partners with a like-minded larger equity partner and participates in a smaller capacity. To date, AeroEquity has partnered and co-invested in aerospace related transactions with The Carlyle Group, CAI Funds and Inverness Management.

The Carlyle Group is one of the world's largest private equity firms, with more than $89.3 billion under management. With 64 funds across four investment disciplines (buyouts, venture & growth capital, real estate and leveraged finance), Carlyle combines global vision with local insight, relying on a top-flight team of 525+ investment professionals operating out of offices in 21 countries to uncover superior opportunities in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, the Middle East/North Africa and Latin America.

Founded in 1989, CAI is a private equity firm specializing in buyouts, restructurings, acquisitions, recapitalizations and other corporate growth initiatives. CAI has invested or placed with co-investors over $1.3 billion in equity or equity related investments to help fund growth and corporate transition in companies throughout North America. Their broad operational and financial expertise and ready access to capital position them as a valued partner for proven, motivated management teams.
Founded in 1975, Inverness Management LLC is a privately held investment firm with capital commitments of over $420 million. Inverness provides equity for leveraged acquisitions, recapitalizations and companies seeking additional capital. Inverness seeks to make private equity investments in a small number of businesses with a target of $50 million of equity per investment. Inverness pursues a platform investment strategy in which they focus on investing in a core business with a strong management team and industry expertise, then seek to increase the value of the investment by prudently deploying the business's capital in organic growth opportunities and strategic follow-on acquisitions. Inverness structures each transaction prudently to accommodate the capital requirements and growth opportunities of the business.
